We’re looking for hungry and motivated team players to join the Stay Frank. family. Our Inside Sales Agents are responsible for bringing in new customers and interacting with qualified leads through a consultative sales approach.

In a nutshell, we enable good people to alleviate financial stress without disruption through residential sale-leasebacks.
Today, homeowners with equity in their property need options to tap into that, that exists beyond traditional lending options. When banks put up roadblocks, homeowners can turn to us to access the cash they need from the equity in their home without the stress and headache of moving.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Close New Deals: Your primary charge is to close deals and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Efficiently Follow Up on Active Deals: Inside Sales Agents are expected to engage with potential customers in a timely, efficient, and effective way after engagement to maximize closing rates.
- Track Activity: Inside Sales Agents are responsible for timely documentation of all sales and account activity using HubSpot.
Qualifications:

Experienced in Inside Sales. Applicants must have at least 2 years of quota carrying inside sales experience to be considered for this role.

People-Driven & Charismatic. Our sales process is people-driven. To be successful in this role, applicants should be excited about meeting new people each day (and getting to know them), be a great conversationalist, and be charismatic.

Detail-Oriented. Good communication skills and attention to detail when documenting are a must in this role. This role requires Agents to accurately document and communicate between multiple departments.

Real Estate Knowledge (no licensing required): Applicants must be familiar with mortgage lending and/or real estate transaction terms to be considered for this role. This role does NOT require Real Estate or Mortgage Licenses (current or past).
