Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our Real Estate Investment Analysts are vital to building our data-driven systems as well as cultivating and managing relationships with institutional buyers looking for single-family residences.

Overview

At Stay Frank. we're building a team that's ready to push the boundaries of the real estate market - So real estate or mortgage experience is a MUST. We don't do "that's how it's always been done" here. We're a team of hard workers who like to challenge ourselves and each other, but not without reward. We're growing and looking for team members who align with our values (and our vibe), and who are ready to make a positive impact on people’s lives while having fun doing it.

Our core values at Stay Frank. are simple. We come with batteries included, put people first, and stay ready to take action.

What does that mean?

Together we are a group of talented individuals that bring great energy to our office culture, make decisions that improve the lives of our customers and team, and work to get a little better at what we do every, single day.

What do we actually do?

In a nutshell, we enable good people to alleviate financial stress without disruption through residential sale-leasebacks.

Today, homeowners with equity in their property need options to tap into that, that exists beyond traditional lending options. When banks put up roadblocks, homeowners can turn to us to access the cash they need from the equity in their home without the stress and headache of moving.

Why are we here? To help people. Traditional real estate rules don't apply anymore and creative, win-win solutions are needed more than ever. We've built a solution that can help people relieve their stress, achieve their financial goals, and stay in a home they love until they're ready to take the next step.

Bring your whole self. At Stay Frank., we are the same at work as we are outside of work: a team of authentic people ready to make some waves and create positive change in an industry that really needs it. We are an energetic, motivated crew that's focused on accountability and follow-through.
