In a nutshell, we enable good people to alleviate financial stress without disruption through residential sale-leasebacks.

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary objective of the sales manager is executing the company’s sales strategy while driving productivity that results in the financial goals of the company being met. Drive sales efficiency by leveraging technology, automation, and data.

  • Recruit, train, and retain sales talent
  • Ensure sales reps are meeting the company standards both ethically and financially
  • Hold weekly training sessions
  • Assist sales reps in closing deals
  • Determine the appropriate number of sales reps to hire, retain, and terminate
  • Create and manage sales KPIs that drive productivity
  • Provide input and manage the sales reports in HubSpot
  • Proficient in HubSpot and provide training and support to the sales reps
  • Set department quota goals

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Real estate experience
  • Must be occasionally available outside of traditional work hours and on weekends if needed
  • Strategize with the marketing department to determine the optimal messaging and sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Manager to ensure the sale to operations handoff of customers is productive
  • Align with the Disposition Manager to make sure we are signing the right type of transactions
  • Manage our call center
  • Uphold and maintain the company’s values and integrity, while ensuring appropriate customer service standards are being met
  • Monitor transaction quality to ensure they’re in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines
